Carl’s funeral service was held at Wroxham Cemetery.
Over 100 friends, family and those Carl had touched during his life attended.
Carl’s coffin started at our home (Nobel Crescent, Wroxham) then walked him to Wroxham cemetery for a simple burial.

Afterwards there was a Fish and Chip Tea at the Hub.
There was also a cake cutting ceremony to celebrate his life.

Carl requested that, instead of flowers, donations be made to the Norwich Foodbank, an organization that held great importance to him.

Norwich Food Bank
Norwich foodbank supports local individuals and families who find themselves on the edge of disaster through the provision of emergency food supplies. These supplies take the form of nutritionally balanced emergency foodboxes to cover an individual or family’s basic needs for 72 hours: the critical time gap before other support services kick in.

Volunteers are the lifeblood of Norwich foodbank, giving you the opportunity to contribute to the community in a warm and friendly environment. Our amazing volunteers perform a variety of volunteering roles including: working in the warehouse, distributing food boxes and assisting clients at our 11 Distribution Centres, driving, and supermarket collections.
